How do I find out my shipping cost?

After entering all your products to your shopping cart. Proceed to CHECKOUT. In the shipping address enter YOUR STATE and ZIP CODE and then Pick your Shipping Method: next click the apply button. This will let you know what your shipping costs will be.

We are located in the Eastern part of the US and understand the current market conditions regarding long distance shipping costs. All costs are set by the shipping companies. In some cases we can offer you an alternate Shipper so please feel free to email us and we will try to give you another option, however we can not make guaranties.

REFUND & EXCHANGES: Holiday and or Seasonal Merchandise cannot be returned after the holiday or season. Merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund up to 10 days provided it is in new resellable condition and in the original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any product with a Money back refund is for the price of the product only. The return shipping cost is on you the customer. (This also applies to the original shipping cost of services already renered.)

Surcharges: Occasionally, an order falls into the category of extremely "oversize" due to length -- for example, heavey orders. An additional $5-25 may be added to your shipping costs depending on the weight and size of the item. An e-mail and/or phone call to you will confirm your acceptance of these shipping charges.

Military Addresses: Packages sent to APO or FPO addresses can be shipped U.S. Postal Services, DHL or Federal Express. Packages sent to APO or FPO addresses cannot be shipped UPS. Please Email us at Sales@FunLovingPets.com to confirm a shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do ship outside the United States. However, shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight and size of the package. We ship U.S. Postal Service Airmail.
